Compassionate. Down-to-earth. Inclusive.
Hi, I'm Miriam. I've been working as a psychotherapist since 2013 when I completed my Masters in Psychotherapy. I am fully accredited with the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy and I adhere to their professional Code of Ethics.
I provide one-to-one psychotherapy with adult clients, online or in person in central Dublin. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended depending on your personal goals and I'll always tailor the sessions to support your unique needs.
I offer inclusive, culturally sensitive therapy; so no matter your race, sexual orientation, gender, disability or class I want to make sure that you feel seen, heard and accepted.
With new awareness and insights, you can make sense of your past and discover more fulfilling ways to live in the present. Get in touch if you would like to harness your inner resources, make positive changes and develop tools to increase and maintain your wellbeing.
Therapeutic Approaches: Humanistic & Integrative, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-based.
Areas of focus and experience include: Stress & burnout, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, race/ethnicity and racism related issues, mixed-race identities, self esteem, suicidal ideation, abuse, relationship/family issues, parenting, life transitions.
